My anti-virus software didn't have an issue with WeMod whereas it thought that the downloaded files from Cheat Engine contained a virus. This modification is really easy to download and install and it gives you the option for Unlimited Health and Unlimited Ammo as well as a dozen other options that make the game a little easier in places.
